Our dedicated and passionate team of therapists are here to help you and your family meet your speech, occupational, and physical therapy goals! Our therapists have advanced training in AAC, Gestalt Language Processing, Apraxia, Primitive Reflex Integration, ADOS-2 training, and more!


  • Owner & Speech Therapist

    Lauren lives locally with her husband and 2 daughters. She has been practicing for almost 10 years and started Inspire Connections Therapy to make care more accessible in the area. Her professional interests include: AAC, GLP, and early language.


  • Physical Therapist

    Kassie is originally from the Mentor area but recently moved locally and joined the Inspire connections team. She has been working as a Physical Therapist for 2 years with experience working with all ages and varying conditions including; torticollis, plagiocephaly, toe walking, developmental delay, CP, genetic conditions, down syndrome, autism, low tone, coordination disorders, poor balance and limb deficiency. 


  • Occupational Therapist

    Ning received her Bachelors and Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Walsh University. She has gained experience with a wide variety of age groups in inpatient acute care, outpatient, and school settings. Through her experiences, Ning quickly realized working with kids provided her with the greatest joy! Ning's goal is to provide a positive experience, provide inclusion, and enrich the lives of individuals with differing abilities and their families. In her free time, Ning enjoys spending time with her husband and son, her 20-year-old Yorkie, watching crime shows, and hiking.


  • Speech Therapist

    Regina has been practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist for 6 years and earned her Master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University and MBA from the University of Akron. She specializes in autism, AAC, apraxia, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy, and is passionate about advocating for children with disabilities and supporting inclusion within the community. She lives in Hudson with her husband, Sean.

  • Occupational Therapy Assistant

    Megan received her Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assisting from Stark State College and has worked as a COTA/L for nearly two years. She has experience with a wide variety of age groups in outpatient mental health and with individuals with developmental disabilities. Megan joined our team eager to expand her skills and provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals and their families can receive meaningful, individualized treatment. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, hiking, and discovering new coffee shops
